 about the role

Veil Energy is looking for a hybrid figure between an energy engineer and a relationship-oriented sales professional, capable of understanding the technical complexity of energy systems and, at the same time, communicating with customers and prospects in a clear, competent and value-oriented manner. A professional who knows how to translate technology into business opportunities and become a point of reference in Veil's growth and expansion.

 responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuity, satisfaction, and project development.
  • Support both technical and commercial teams in defining energy solutions (renewables, BESS, CHP, efficiency, EMS).
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their energy needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare technical assessments, preliminary analyses and commercial presentations.
  • Collaborate with the product team and energy engineers to define configurations and project scenarios.
  • Contribute to onboarding processes and customer success improvements.
  • Participate in trade fairs, events and meetings with technical stakeholders and decision-makers.

 requirements

  • Degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or 2-3 years of professional experience in the energy sector.
  • Knowledge of energy systems: renewables, cogeneration, BESS, efficiency, tariff structures, PUN/market dynamics.
  • Ability to read energy data, KPIs and basic system schematics.
  • Familiarity with EMS or energy monitoring/digital platforms (a plus).
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Commercial mindset: active listening, value-based selling, objection handling.
  • Inclination for relationship building and client portfolio management.
  • Autonomy and accountability. Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow.
