At Veil Energy, this approach takes shape not only through the projects and energy solutions we develop every day, but also through meaningful collaborations with the community. An example of this was our volunteer day with Studio Progetto, a social cooperative founded over thirty years ago and now a key organisation promoting inclusion, social innovation, and support for people in vulnerable situations.
A Day of Shared Experiences
Our team spent a day with the participants and staff of Studio Progetto, taking part in a variety of activities to provide practical support and encourage genuine connections. We started with some gardening tasks, such as preparing the soil, arranging the beds, and planting seasonal vegetables. For the cooperative’s participants, this activity foster autonomy and responsibility; while for us, it was a valuable opportunity to reconnect with hands-on work and the purest form of teamwork.
Next, we helped with the daily tasks of caring for the farm animals. These simple actions – feeding, cleaning, and caring serve as a reminder of the importance of being empathetic and taking responsibility towards others As last we took part in a pottery workshop, shaping and decorating clay together. This fun and creative moment brought everyone together, and turned into a powerful tool for inclusion.

Founded in the early 1980s, Studio Progetto has grown into a dynamic organisation active in several areas: from welcoming and training people with disabilities or social difficulties, to job placement programmes and cultural and educational initiatives for the local community. The cooperative is not only a place of support, but also a hub of ideas and opportunities that generate real value for the region.
