The Client
Zanette is a north-east Italian company with over 50 years of experience in the prefabricated building industry. Zanette boasts its own production plant and its own distribution network both nationally and internationally.
Problem & Solution
Fuel injection system failures due to hard fuel quality (non-Diesel) cause unplanned production stoppages and high repair costs. There were also additional heating costs due to unavailable CHP.
e·boost constantly monitors the condition of the fuel injection systems and only schedules maintenance when necessary. Thanks to this, the plant was able to reduce repair and maintenance costs by increasing plant availability from 75% to 96%.
