Zanette implemented E-BOOST to integrate energy management into daily operations and gain a more granular view of energy consumption across production processes and auxiliary assets.

The solution enabled Zanette to:

  • Map energy consumption across production processes: Monitor energy use across key departments, including cutting, finishing, and assembly, providing greater visibility into how consumption was distributed across process areas.
  • Identify avoidable downtime consumption: Analyse energy use during downtime and non-productive periods to identify consumption that could be reduced through targeted operational actions.
  • Extend visibility to auxiliary systems: Monitor supporting systems such as dust extraction to capture energy demand beyond the main production processes and identify additional efficiency opportunities.
  • Prioritise actions by expected return: Combine real-time energy dashboards with Veil Energy’s expert advisory to identify and prioritise corrective actions based on their expected ROI.

In less than six months, Zanette established greater control over energy-related operating costs and a clearer basis for prioritising corrective actions.

The resulting savings were driven primarily by reducing consumption during non-productive hours. At the same time, the availability of reliable energy data strengthened Zanette’s ability to respond to the sustainability requirements of international customers.
